I've been experimenting with Moroccan cooking as of late. It is really wonderful. This little gadget  to your left turns any pot into a Tagine.

I use it with a ceramic 3 quart pot and put the whole thing in my grill. Works well and gives me the advantge of using other size pots as well.

I just finished reading this one and was able to get some great recipes using ingredients I already had or could easily get.
